Protocol for Receiving Product Shipments

1. Conduct a thorough inspection for any damage. Use the inspection window, around the perimeter of the crate, for the inspection of your shipment.
Note: Upon unconditionally signing for a shipment, the receiving party is assuming the liability for apparent shipping damage.

2. Damaged shipments must be refused as such OR if accepted, must be noted as damaged when signing.

3. File a claim with the shipper upon accepting a damaged shipment within two (2) days. ( GET FEDEX CLAIM FORM )

4. Notify Rustic Elegance of the damaged shipment, in writing, within the same two (2) days.
