• Deadbolt & Flushbolts & Screws

The following items must be checked and/or retouched every six (6) months:
• Powder Coated & Fauxed Finishes
• Rustic & Aged Finishes

The following items are subject to wear and tear and must be checked, adjusted and/or replaced every six (6) months:
• Roller Latches & Door Sweeps & Gaskets
