Insulated Glass Warranty

Rustic Elegance warrants that the insulated glass air seal will function for a period of five (5) years. If the air seal fails within this time the coverage is prorated. Accepted defects that warrant a replacement must able to be seen from a distance of ten (10) perpendicular feet in normal daylight. Breather tubes must be specified on units that are transported thru or destined for an elevation of four thousand feet (4000') or higher. Breakage is not covered.
