General Product Limited Warranty

Rustic Elegance products are hand made. Care is taken to maintain the balance of quality & character. Variations do occur and are a part of the character. Function is achieved by design and workmanship. Rustic Elegance regularly improves its methods and design and consequently utilizes its own standards. Rustic Elegance will use its discretion to find a solution for unique situations.

If a product is presumed to be defective, Rustic Elegance must be given written notification within ten (10) days of discovering said defect(s). If Rustic Elegance confirms the defect(s), Rustic Elegance will at its option, repair, replace (all or part) or refund (with acceptable return) the factory cost of the door.

Rustic Elegance warrants that its standard residential products will function for a period of five (5) years with the required maintenance. Powder coated finishes are covered against delamination only. Parts subject to wear and tear are covered for two (2) years. Rustic & Aged finishes are not covered. Warranty begins upon shipping.

Rustic Elegance is not liable for costs incurred as a result of work performed on defective and/or damaged products. Rustic Elegance liability shall not exceed the factory cost of the actual product in any case. Rustic Elegance does not express or imply any other warranty than what has been stated herein. Legal matters shall be resolved in the venue of Tucson, Arizona and shall be exclusively subject to Arizona law. Rustic Elegance assumes no additional liabilities made, expressed or implied by other parties.
